Morning Kate How do you feel when people say that they are inspired by you. Your like a best friend to me as you were part of my mental health journey with your books and programmes when I was having a awful time , few years later I am married with a boy of 7 I hope you don’t mind the question Kate if I ever meet you I would Give you a hug and make You a cuppa And Sophie I would give you a hug and have a country walk with you ❤️❤️ The podcast is bloody amazing x
